Q. What level of training or experience do I need to work with a personal trainer?

We work with all levels of athletes. No  matter where you are in training, from newcomer to experienced, we work with you to create a personalized fitness plan. Whether you are looking to get toned or run a marathon or lose body fat we will guide from your current fitness level to reach your goals.

Q. What certifications do your trainers have?

Our trainers are certified through the ACE Personal Training program which is accredited through the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCAA). An NCAA accreditation is generally held as the standard for the field as certifying bodies must undergo comprehensive evaluation and regular renewals to keep this accreditation.

Q. With mobile personal training, do I need my own exercise equipment?

We bring all the equipment needed for each workout. However, we will encourage you to acquire inexpensive equipment (yoga/exercise mat, resistance bands, etc). These items will allow you to repeat the workouts on your own. We will help get you set up with the right tools to match your fitness goals.

Q. How much space do I need for workouts?

For most indoor workouts, a space around 8×10 feet works well.

Q. What hours are you avaiable for training?

We provide training sessiona 7 days a week, from early in the morning until late in the evening. We will create your training schedule once you are ready to get started and based on your availability.

Q. Can All Motion Fitness help people who are a bit older, overweight, and are afraid to start a workout program?

Yes. We pride ourselves in being able to create customized fitness programs that fit the needs of all our clients, whatever their circumstances. We would be honored to help you reach your goals and empower you to live a dynamic lifestyle.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Q. Which areas do you provide service?

We service most of Metro Denver including Arvada, Broomfield, Denver, Lakewood, Thornton, Westminster, Wheat Ridge, Golden and Boulder. Please contact us for avaiability for other areas.

Q. Do you have a location?

We are 100% mobile.  For personal training – we come to you! Whether you decide to train at your home or office, or a local park, we have a full gym ready for your workout.

Q. Can All Motion Fitness come to my office?

Yes, our goal with mobile personal training is to offer you the most convenient environment as possible to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Q. How will you keep me motivated throughout the program?

We can keep you motivated and help you reach your health, wellness, and fitness goals by providing meaningful scientific data points. We will provide weekly/monthly full page, in-depth body composition analysis by using the latest research grade technology. We use the GE research-grade InBody 570 and it will detail muscle, fat, and water values of your body in minutes to help you understand, track and improve your fitness. Yes, we fully encourage all individuals to benefit from the numerous health and wellness benefits that exercise and fitness training brings.  We create personalized workouts exercise plans that improve cardio peformance, strength, mobility, flexibility and body composition.
