Q. How does online personal training work?

It’s simple. Get in touch with us and we will have fill out an easy online fitness questionnaire to help us understand your goals as well as determine your fitness level. We will then match you with one of our certified personal trainers to conduct a consultation and to refine your goals and answer any questions that you have. We’ll create your workouts, and then you simply punch in the numbers into the App.  That’s it.  You will be able to message us through the App when you need us, we’ll be there.

Q. Who is personal training online best for?

Online personal training program is ideal for men and women of all ages who are motivated. Since each program is custom designed, your program will be custom tailored to your fitness level and goals.

Q. What are the features of the online training App?

Meet the future of training. It’s a powerful tool. Our online personal training app provides an overall view of your training plan along with a calendar displaying each individual work out for the assigned day.

Each individual workout is fully programmed and will also have an HD video that shows you exactly how to properly perform each exercise. There is also an instant message feature that allows you to contact your trainer, meal planning, calorie counting, FitBit integration,  progress portfolio for you photo updates and so much more. You get way more with an online personal trainer.

Q. How are the workouts delivered?

Each workout will be avaiable on our Online Training App which is accessible via any connected device (i.e., laptop, tablet or smartphone, or mobile device). Once you have chosen a program, your program is curated by your trainer, you will be provided full access to your personal training app and profile.

Q. What level of training or experience do I need to work with an online personal trainer?

We work with all levels of athletes. No  matter where you are in training, from newcomer to experienced, we work with you to create a personalized fitness plan. Whether you are looking to get toned or run a marathon or lose body fat we will guide from your current fitness level to reach your goals.

Q. What certifications do your trainers have?

Our trainers are certified through the ACE Personal Training program which is accredited through the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCAA). An NCAA accreditation is generally held as the standard for the field as certifying bodies must undergo comprehensive evaluation and regular renewals to keep this accreditation.
